Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and decorative components are included.
Ship the Product
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package to our authorized distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
